Who provides the app
AI Lucky Pick is provided by its publisher as identified on the applicable App Store or Google Play listing. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that publisher.
Acceptance and age
By using AI Lucky Pick, you accept these Terms. The app is intended only for people aged 18 or older. If you participate in a lottery, you must also meet the authorised operator’s age rules and comply with applicable law.
Informational use only
The app provides historical results, statistics, automated analysis and AI Picks for entertainment and information. It is not financial, investment or betting advice. Lottery outcomes are random and unpredictable. Predictions, rankings and analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee winnings or improve the underlying odds.
No betting facilitation
AI Lucky Pick does not sell tickets, accept wagers, collect betting funds, place bets, process gambling transactions, operate betting accounts, or pay or handle prize claims. No account is required to use the app.
Lawful use and your responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, for checking official results and entry details, and for using the app lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The app, its original design, software, analysis and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners. Descriptive references do not grant any licence or imply affiliation.
Third-party data and services
Public or third-party results and services may be delayed, corrected, unavailable or inaccurate. Always verify official results with the authorised operator. We do not control third-party availability or content.
Service changes
We may change, update, suspend or discontinue features or data sources, including for maintenance, safety, legal or operational reasons.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app and its data are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on predictions, data, outages or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
