Who provides AI Lucky Pick
AI Lucky Pick is provided by its publisher as identified on the applicable App Store or Google Play listing. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that publisher. Contact: support@ailuckypick.com.
What the app stores
AI Lucky Pick stores app preferences, legal acceptance, saved numbers, locally available draw results, AI Picks and related history on your device in SQLite. The app also stores a randomly issued anonymous installation identifier so the AI Pick service can return and de-duplicate this installation’s requests. It does not require an account.
Network data
When online features are enabled, the app sends the anonymous installation identifier, request identifiers, selected game or entry size, and related AI Pick or result-sync requests to the configured service. Network infrastructure receives an IP address to deliver a request. Current app-server operational logs are designed to keep request ID, route, status and duration without logging request bodies, installation identifiers or IP addresses. The app does not currently include third-party analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs, and does not request advertising identifiers.
Contact
If you contact support, your email app and email provider process the address, message and attachments you choose to send. AI Lucky Pick receives only the information you send.
Use, disclosure and external services
Data is used to provide saved content, results, AI Picks, security, de-duplication and service reliability. It may be processed by the configured hosting or data-service providers only as needed to operate those features, or disclosed when required by law. Public or third-party result sources are described in the app under Data Sources & Accuracy.
Retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you use “Delete data from this device” or uninstall the app. That control deletes local results, saved numbers, AI Picks, preferences, legal acceptance and the anonymous installation identifier. Server-side operational, security and immutable result/audit records may be retained for legitimate operational or legal periods; deleting device data does not delete official results or existing server audit records.
Children and age
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed to children. Do not provide personal information through support if you are under 18.
Changes and contact
This policy is effective 20 October 2026 and may change when data practices or legal requirements change. A changed legal version can require renewed in-app acceptance. For privacy questions or deletion enquiries, visit Support / Contact or email support@ailuckypick.com.
